About Garvin’s Plumbing And Sewer
Garvin’s Plumbing And Sewer was founded in 1940 and serves the Greater Denver and Boulder areas. In general, we serve Longmont to Castle Rock and Idaho Springs to Bennett. If you are unsure if we service your area, please contact us. We can provide services outside these areas for an additional charge if necessary.
For drain cleaning services, including jetting and preventative maintenance, we charge a flat fee. This is either based on each line ran or based on a bid price. Bids are available for jobs with over 4 waste lines to clean at one visit, or jobs over 4 hours of work. Contact our office for a bid.

Toilet Clogs
Consumers seem to abuse commercial toilets by using too much paper or trying to flush paper towels, tampons, diapers and more. We can auger 6 feet and/or pull the toilet to run the line further or remove hard blockages like cellphones, bottles or clothing.
Jetting
A jetter is ideal for cutting through grease, sand, mud, scale and other heavy-use lines. We have three jetters: one low profile for parking garage or low access; one large profile with over 800 gallons of water; and a mini jet for 2” lines ideal for floor drains, soda machine drains and kitchen lines.
Cast Iron Repair/Cast Iron Replacement
