First off, you responded promptly to our most recent plumbing issues and expense, by offering to camera our line at no charge. This is just not done as a rule, and I can tell you, that after Bryan came out and took the time to re-evaluate the problem, we will definitely be using only your company.

You show honesty & integrity, which is hard to find these days. We will plan to let all our family & friends know that they can trust your services.

The back story on this job: Ms. Fruit called to have us clean the line per a recommendation from her daughter. Another company had been out to clean her sewer and an inside line and charged her over $750 and indicated to her that her sewer line was broken. Mitch sent Bryan out to do a camera job as a second opinion. The camera showed no problems, in fact the line was clear (which means not only was it NOT broken, but the previous technician was able to completely clean the line). After reviewing her invoice, the work we would have performed for the exact apples-to-apples work, would have generated an invoice of $216.

This is approx. a $535 DIFFERENCE. Garvin's motto is: We clean drains NOT bank accounts and we can prove it!
