I will be calling them again by marb - 02/03/2009Made the necessary repairs, and checked the whole house. Instead of padding, whatever little thing might have been wrong, told me to keep an eye on some things, but nothing major was bad. Charged a reasonable amount, for the work that was done, and didn't need to replace the PVR, the faucet, or anything else.
They came recommended by a friend, and they were worth the call. Also glad the other plumber came out, because it just proved how good Garvin's was!

We called these guys on a recommendation from a co-worker. Well let me explain. Our furnace was having problems, so my husband called Applewood. They came out, and after $75 and a few hours of vacation time, told us that they just couldn't work on a furnace that old. And sure, it's old, but all the guy did was search and search and search for tiny cracks (that could easily be taped with metal tape). So we're like, "um, yeah, bye-bye now" and we called Garvin's. They came over and fixed it and it cost us under $200. We will most definitely call them whenever we have furnace problems or drain problems.
