There are some special items we have for Realtors® and felt this warranted some special notes:

Reduced Sewer Inspection pricing
Typically, our sewer scope inspections are $238, however, for Realtors®, we offer the objective video camera inspections for $188. We offer objective sewer scopes, which means we won’t sell your clients unneeded sewer repairs because that’s dishonest and we have nothing to gain by doing so.

Furnace Certifications

Let our NATE certified technician get that furnance certified. Call for details and/or to schedule an appointment today. Same or next day service in most cases.

Free Second Opinions
If your client has a video of a line that has been scoped, and they would like us to review that for a 2nd opinion, we are happy to offer that FREE of charge.

Educational Q&A
We offer short (20-45min) educational classes on sewer scoping, waste systems etc. to better help you understand them, potentially saving the sale. Call and ask for Kris or Mitch to hold a class, or to speak at your sales meeting. This isn’t a sales pitch, it is educational. (References available)

FREE gifts for your clients
We are happy to provide a packaged water alarm with a Garvin’s magnet and brochure to you as a client gift. The water alarms are great items for new homeowners to place under a sink, behind a washer or near a floor drain. The device will sound a shrill noise when water touches it, thus alerting the homeowner and potentially allowing them to take action before a big water or sewage disaster strikes.
