Drain Cleaning:

Get a discount for running more than one line during a single service call -- ask for pricing when you call.

Sewer Lines:

     Standard Access:  $159

          (Outside, Basement, Crawlspace; up to 110' standard length, up to 2 hours standard time frame)

     Roof Access:  $227

          (Requires 2 men)

     Toilet Stub Access:  $204

          (pull & reset toilet, incl. wax ring)

     Additonal hours: $75 per hour (rare)

     Additional footage: $1.10 per foot (rare)

Secondary Lines:  $100

     Sinks, Floor Drains, Washer lines, Tubs/Showers

     If your sewer has backed up into a floor drain, shower, etc., we recommed having that line cleaned in addition to your sewer line. If we clean your sewer line and you have us run a secondary line, that line is discounted to $60 then $45 for any additional line after that.

Unclog Toilet:  $71 (sometimes, we may need to remove toilet, this is rare, but is an additional cost of $40)

Please call for pricing on other lines. We clean drains sized 1/2" to 8" around. We also have special equipment for drains 6-24" in diameter and up to 600' in length.
